Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Orangeville, ON

We had the pleasure of staying here for two nights in March 2026 and reserved three rooms for our team. The entire experience was excellent. The building is spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our rooms were perfect, spacious and very comfortable, with a king-size bed, a large sofa and sitting area, and a dedicated desk space. All three of our rooms had the same layout and were conveniently located close to one another, which made the stay even more enjoyable for our group. The bathroom was also quite large and featured a beautiful walk-in shower. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. The breakfast is the cherry on top. They absolutely put LOVE into the morning breakfast. The spread was worth chatting about. They had eggs, meat, hash browns, fruit, yogurt, cereal, bagels and cream cheese, a couple waffle machines and more. Thank you for the hospitality.

Just back from a stay at the hotel. The hotel had all the quality amenities we’ve come to expect from a Hampton. What made this hotel stand out is the small town feel. You could tell it truly mattered to the front desk employees that we enjoyed our stay. The lady who runs the morning breakfast is a sweetheart. Even the cleaning staff were sweet and kind. We gathered in Orangeville for our a family event and our stay at the hotel was the icing on the cake.

A decent Christmas stay. The continental breakfast was delicious and well stocked, the rooms were clean and well maintained. Bed was a little stiff but, eh that’s par for the course for any hotel. The real MVP of the stay was Lucky who provided me with his own phone charger so I could charge my phone after realizing I got in and I had forgotten it at home. Incidentally if anyone from head office is reading you should consider adding lightning and usb-c cables to the little shop with essentials.

The room was clean and comfy, and the breakfast was good. The EV chargers were very welcome, though only 2 out of the 4 worked. The staff didn't know much about how to use them; it would be nice if they were treated as a first-class amenity. The pool was unusable during my whole stay; it was very cold, and the heater wasn't working. The staff didn't have good knowledge of the issue, and we were told different stories at different times. I was told the manager would call me by the next day. They did not. I left them a message, and they did not call me before I made this review. Caused me to research what has happened to the hotel business model, and it is a sad reality we live in when nice hotels are not well run.

PERFECT Hampton Inn experience. Pets welcome with fee. Indoor pool / Exercise room / Lobby welcomes guests with hot beverages and healthy snacks readily avaliable at a self-serve station. TIFFANY was so sweet at front desk. Evening bar area hosts fireplace seating. Guest printer for business use in lobby. Rooms are clean with comfy bedding. TV provides no charge HDMI direct connect or streaming app sign in options. THE BEST INHOUSE BREAKFAST EVER - Chef Sonya shows her heart dedication with every morning meal prepared,Always available to ensure fresh plentiful food and provide diet accommodation.

Great hotel. Very clean. Mehar at the front desk is a courteous professional and helpful employee .SONYA at the breakfast buffet. Very kind and professional. The breakfast is amazing. After checking out we got stuck in the parking lot. Not expecting that much snow. She came out with a shovel salt and even helped push our vehicle. I didn't expect her to push but let me say this to Corporate. If you have ANY courses/programs about/for customer service.... SHE'S THE ONE WHO SHOULD BE TEACHING THE COURSE!!!

I cannot explain how great this hotel was. We were stuck in the snow nearby and we were able to get a room here last minute. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Service was phenomenal. Thank you for a great and comfortable stay and your compassion.

Hotel is newer so room was clean. Oddly they had a sign up on the mirror in the bathroom to not drink the tap water in the bathroom. Instead they tell you to get water for drinking in a fountain in the lobby area. Very odd. The note was quite small and not that obvious.
